Pam and Ocie 2.jpg

Chaplain Ocie Gay, a native of Louisiana,  gave his life to the Lord as a teenager with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and soon after received the God-given gift of interpretation of tongues. He answered the call to preach the gospel and waited for God’s instructions. Twenty-three years of military service and several wars prepared Ocie for his leadership service to God. Additionally, he served in various churches as usher, singer, Sunday school and Bible Study teacher, preacher, council president, and seminar facilitator.  He was licensed to preach the Gospel in March 2010 in Columbus, GA. While currently serving at a military chapel, Minister Gay has flourished into an anointed teacher, preacher, and encourager of the Word of God. In April 2011, the Lord led Founders and Overseers Apostle Harry Jackson and Pastor Cheryl Jackson to install him under Christ Foundation Church and Ministries, Inc. as an ordained pastor for his response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:16-20). Elder Gay holds an associate degree from Central Texas College, a bachelor's degree from Trident University, a master's in business administration/quality management from Trident University, and is currently studying at Walden University for a doctor in business admin/project management. God has used twenty-three years of military service, continued education, and life experiences as His mentorship for Pastor Gay to complete the assignments he has been given. He follows God’s lead to guide and teach God’s people with compassion for discipleship. He is husband to and co-laborer with Evangelist Dr. Pamela Gay, a father to six children, and a grandfather to eight grandchildren.

Evangelist Dr. Pamela (nee Robinson) Gay operates as the chief executive officer of Comfort Zone Creations. She loves the Lord Jesus Christ. God enlisted and commissioned her to assist the body of Christ in expanding the Kingdom using her primary spiritual gifts of evangelism, teaching, administration, and faith. She hails from South Carolina, where she attended public schools on the Charleston peninsular and graduated with honors from Baptist Hill High School in 1985.
She entered the U.S. Army in 1987, where she attended basic training and advanced individual training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC. While serving her country, she obtained her associate degree from Central Texas Community College in 1998 and her bachelor of science degree from Liberty University in 2003. In 2007, after twenty years of continuous active duty service, Gay honorably retired from military service and earned her master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
Raised in the church environment, filled with the Holy Spirit over 30 yrs ago, Dr. Gay follows God’s lead to complete her journey to spread (with simplicity) the Good News that the Kingdom of God is at hand through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. She operates in God’s Kingdom as a Christian educator for one-on-one mentorship, small groups, church Bible studies, vacation Bible school, and church curriculums.

Additionally, Dr. Gay holds a master’s in religion with a concentration in Evangelism and Church Planting from Liberty University. In 2017, she was trained, licensed, and ordained as a senior chaplain with the International Fellowship of Chaplains organization. In 2019, Evangelist Gay earned her doctoral degree from South University.
Dr. Gay strives to evangelize under God’s anointing in a spirit of excellence. She specializes in Christian education, church planting and administration, seminar and conference facilitation, and evangelism. God blessed her with soloist vocal abilities to minister in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, churches, and community events. She is the wife of and co-laborer with Pastor Ocie Gay, a mother to six children, and grandmother to eight grandchildren.
